Get to Know Us

Eat Robotics Inc. is a Vancouver-based kitchen automation company delivering intelligent, end-to-end robotic solutions that transform how quick-service restaurants prepare burgers and French fries. Our mission is to help QSR operators overcome chronic labor shortages, rising wages, and inconsistent output by automating the most repetitive and labor-intensive kitchen tasks — producing higher throughput, perfect consistency, and dramatically lower operating costs with minimal staff oversight.

The Burger Bot – Complete End-to-End Burger Automation

Our flagship Burger Bot is a patent-pending automated system that takes frozen patties and delivers fully assembled, wrapped burgers ready for customers at up to 180 per hour. The system grills both sides of each patty to perfection using precision temperature and timing control, automatically assembles the burger with the bun and selected condiments, and then auto-wraps each finished burger — all with zero manual flipping, assembly, or wrapping required. Two patents have been filed on the hamburger automation system, with the first already allowed.

Fry Master - Automated French Fry System

Complementing the Burger Bot, our Automated French Fry System produces up to 360 servings of seasoned and boxed French fries per hour, ready to serve to customers. The system uses a patented double-fry process that delivers the ideal crispy exterior and fluffy interior texture customers expect. It is designed to work with both frozen fries and whole fresh potatoes, giving operators maximum flexibility and quality control.

Peak Performance for Busy QSR Locations

A typical high-volume quick-service restaurant can deploy two Burger Bot and one French Fry System to handle peak lunch and dinner demand. Together, these three machines deliver a combined output of up to 360 servings of burgers and fries per hour with dramatically reduced labor requirements. The systems are designed to run for two hours at peak times before restocking is needed.

Share-of-Savings Lease Model

Eat Robotics offers its systems through a share-of-savings lease rather than traditional equipment sales. Restaurants pay a portion of the actual labor and operational savings they achieve. This model aligns our success with our customers’ success and makes advanced automation accessible with low upfront risk and strong ROI.

Substantial Labor Cost Savings

In markets like California, where fully loaded minimum wage reaches $22.00 per hour, automating just the burger grilling, assembly, wrapping, and French fry stations can deliver significant monthly savings for a single location. Operators can redeploy staff to customer-facing roles or reduce hiring pressure while maintaining or increasing output and consistency.

Value Proposition

  • True end-to-end automation — Burger Bot handles grilling, assembly, and wrapping; French Fry System handles double-frying, seasoning, and boxing

  • High throughput — Up to 360 burgers + 360 fries per hour during peak periods with three machines

  • Consistent quality every time — Precise temperature, timing, and portion control eliminate human variability

  • Dramatic labor savings via our share-of-savings lease model

  • Easy kitchen integration — Modular design fits into existing footprints with minimal disruption or training

  • Strong intellectual property protection with multiple patents filed and one already allowed

Technology & Intellectual Property

Eat Robotics has filed two US patent applications covering the hamburger automation system (Burger Bot), with the first patent already allowed. We have also filed a patent on the French fry system (Fry Master), including methods for processing both frozen fries and whole fresh potatoes using our double-fry technique.

Vision for the Future

We are building the foundation for fully automated quick-service kitchens. Starting with burgers and fries — the highest-volume and most labor-intensive stations in most QSRs — we plan to expand into additional kitchen stations, creating integrated robotic systems that help restaurants thrive in a high-wage, labor-constrained environment while delivering consistent, high-quality food at scale.
